A spreadsheet built around how you actually work.

Tell us what you track and what you need to see. We design the workbook, test its formulas against real numbers, and send it back ready to use in Excel or Google Sheets.

  • Quoted before we start
  • Formulas tested before delivery

What you get

A finished workbook that fits your process, not a generic one you have to bend to fit.

Built around your process

The right columns for what you actually record, dropdowns that prevent bad entries, and totals that calculate themselves.

A summary you can read at a glance

A summary page or dashboard with the numbers and charts you check most, so you are not hunting through tabs.

Tested before you see it

Formulas are checked against real numbers before anything is sent to you.

Works in Excel and Google Sheets

You get the finished workbook plus a short walkthrough of how to use it. Tell us which app you use and we build for it.

Good fits for a custom build

If the work lives in several files, an inbox or someone's head, a workbook can usually hold it.

Check the ready-made templates first. Many needs are already covered, and expanding a close match is often a smaller job than a full custom build. Browse templates or ask for an expansion.

How a custom build works

You describe the problem once. We handle the rest.

  1. Tell us the problem

Use the request form below. Two or three sentences is enough.

  2. Get a quote

We reply with what we would build, how long it takes and what it costs. You approve it before we start.

  3. We build and test

We design the workbook and check the formulas against real numbers.

  4. You use it

You get the finished workbook and a short walkthrough. Changes afterward are an easy request.

What to include in your request

  • What you track today and where it lives now (a notebook, several files, an inbox).
  • What you want to see or decide from it, such as a weekly total, a profit figure or a list of what is overdue.
  • Who will use it, and whether you use Excel or Google Sheets.
  • When you need it.
  • If you have a sample of what it looks like today, a screenshot or a copy is helpful. If it holds private details, swap the real names and numbers for samples first. That is usually all we need.

How pricing works

Every job is quoted before any work starts. You approve the scope and price first.

  • The price depends on how much there is to build or fix: the number of tabs, how involved the formulas and summary are, and how soon you need it.
  • A small build, such as one tracker with a summary, is a smaller job. A larger workbook with many tabs, linked data and a full dashboard is a bigger one.
  • Your quote lists what we will build, how long it takes and what it costs. The quote is the agreement for the job.
  • Changes after delivery are an easy request. Send what you want different and we quote it like any other job.

Questions

Can it work in both Excel and Google Sheets?

Yes. We build for the app you use, and workbooks can work in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. If something you want only works in one of them, such as Excel macros, we say so in the quote.

Do I need to send my real data?

No. A screenshot or a copy with sample numbers is usually enough to design from. If your file has sensitive information, swap the real names and numbers for samples before sending.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the build and what we have on the calendar. Tell us your deadline in the request and the quote states the timing.

Can you build from a sheet I already have?

Yes. If you already have a file that mostly works, adding to it is often the smaller job. See improving an existing sheet.

Do you work with companies?

Yes. Teams use us for project budgets, inventory tracking, client logs and reporting. Tell us what the team does today and what takes too long.

Who owns what you build?

The terms for custom work, including how you may use the finished workbook, are written in your quote before work starts.

Is a custom workbook financial, tax or legal advice?

No. Workbooks organize and calculate the information you enter. They are not medical, legal, tax or financial advice. See our Disclaimers.
