Privacy Policy
SKB Operations LLC, d/b/a Gridwell Digital ("we"), runs gridwelldigital.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Order information: your name, email address, billing details needed for tax and fraud checks, the Products you bought, and download activity. Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and are never stored by us.
- Messages you send us: anything you submit through contact or custom-build forms or email, such as your name, email, company, links and project details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar log data created when you use the Site, collected by our hosting provider and any analytics tools we enable. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits, pages and referring sites; it does not use cookies or follow you across other sites.
- Email signups: if you sign up on our Site for a free download or offers, or opt in through the optional "Keep me updated with news and personalized offers" checkbox at checkout, we collect your email address, the date and the wording you agreed to, the discount code we issue you, and whether you later unsubscribe.
- Cookies: we use only the cookies needed to run the Site and checkout. If we add analytics or advertising pixels (for example from TikTok, Meta or Pinterest), we will list them here and offer a way to opt out where the law requires.
How we use it: to process payments and deliver your files; to send receipts, download links and support replies; to prevent fraud and unauthorized sharing; to answer inquiries and quote custom work; to improve the Site and Products; and to meet legal and tax obligations. We send marketing email only if you opt in, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. If you sign up for a free download, we use your email to send the download link and a one-time discount code, and we may send occasional emails about new templates and offers. We do not sell or rent your email address.
Who we share it with. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email delivery). They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety, or in a sale or restructuring of the business.
Retention. We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and legal reasons, typically 7 years, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above. If you unsubscribe from marketing email, we keep your address on a suppression list so we do not email you again, and we delete it entirely if you ask us to.
Your choices and rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails (you can also use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email), by writing to hello@gridwelldigital.com. We may need to verify your identity and may keep records we are required to keep. Depending on where you live (for example California or other states with privacy laws, or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights, such as to know what we collect, to opt out of certain sharing, or to object to processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
Security. We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and expiring download links, but no online service is completely secure.
Children. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Health and financial information. Our workbooks run on your own computer or account. We do not receive the health, financial or other personal data you type into a workbook after you download it.
International visitors. We operate in the United States, and information may be processed here.
Changes. We will post updates on this page with a new date.
